Take Us Through a Typical Day at Work for You
There are no typical days in this business, which is why most of us like working in this industry. No two days are the same and you never know what challenges a day will bring. There are of course certain tasks that have to be done daily. Operations meetings, staff meetings, meetings with my departmental managers, orders to be placed, emails to be answered, and of course, welcoming our guests.
Tell Us One Thing about St Giles London Most Guests May Not Know
We believe we are the only 3 star hotel in Central London with dedicated hotel doormen, Chris & Joao. They are always readily available with a smile to welcome and assist our guests, whether new, returning, or those currently staying at the hotel.
When at Work, What Makes you Smile
Happy guests and a happy team!
And What Quickly Turns that Smile into a Frown
Teams not working together, which can sometimes result in unhappy guests and teams.
The One Guest You Will never Forget
A very famous news presenter who appeared larger than life on TV, but in person, he was very unassuming, quiet and shy. No demands and a big thank you when he left.
When Not at Work, We Can Find You - I should say at home, but my husband would probably say shopping :)
Your Dream Vacation (or most memorable vacation) - I love holidaying in the State of Florida, in the U.S. Lots of shopping, sunshine and beautiful beaches.

Tour the British Museum, which is located just around the corner from our hotel, and explore its timeless treasures plus entry is free
